  • Team member name, hire date, title, department, and reporting relationships.
  • Assessment assignments and reviewer relationships.
  • Assessment ratings.
  • Written feedback and comments.
  • Assessment completion status.

2. How Information Is Used

Information collected through the portal is used to:

  • Administer the assessment process.

  • Generate individual feedback reports.
  • Support coaching, development, and growth conversations.
  • Conduct quality review of assessment submissions.

The primary purpose of the assessment process is employee development and growth. Assessment results may also be considered alongside other information as part of broader talent, leadership, succession planning, performance management, and employment-related discussions.

3. Visibility and Confidentiality

Access to information within the portal is based on role and assessment stage.

General visibility guidelines include:

Manager Feedback

Feedback provided by a participant's direct manager is attributed and visible to the recipient.

Peer and Cross-Functional Feedback

Feedback provided by peers and cross-functional reviewers is treated as confidential. Reviewer names are not displayed within assessment reports.

Manager Preview Process

As part of Blytheco's quality review process, managers may review assessments submitted by their direct reports regarding other team members before assessments are finalized. Managers do not have access to feedback submitted about themselves.

Program Administration

Authorized administrators may access assessment information as necessary to administer the process, support completion tracking, investigate concerns, maintain data quality and provide reporting.

Executive Review

Designated executive leadership may access assessment information when necessary for organizational planning, talent discussions, program oversight or reporting purposes.

4. Confidentiality vs. Anonymity

Participants should understand that confidential feedback is not the same as anonymous feedback.

While peer and cross-functional reviewer names are not displayed within reports, authorized administrators and designated leadership may have access to reviewer information when necessary to administer and maintain the integrity of the assessment process.

All feedback should therefore be professional, respectful, job-related, and appropriate for review by authorized personnel.

5. Data Retention

Assessment information may be retained to support historical reporting, year-over-year comparisons, organizational planning, and other legitimate business purposes.

Retention practices will follow Blytheco's records management and data retention standards.

6. Security

Blytheco applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information in the portal against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.

These include role-based access permissions tied to assignment and assessment stage, restricted administrative access, authentication controls, encryption of data in transit, encryption of stored data, and activity logging.

Access to confidential reviewer identities is limited to a small number of authorized administrators and designated leadership and is recorded.

No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Blytheco maintains measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and reviews them periodically. In the event of a security incident affecting personal information, Blytheco will respond and provide any notifications required by applicable law.

7. PRIVACY NOTICE - Where Information Is Processed

The portal and its data are hosted and processed in the United States. Blytheco engages a service provider to build and support the portal.

That provider may process information on Blytheco's behalf under a written agreement that limits use of the information to providing the service.

Information about participants located outside the United States is transferred to and processed in the United States, with contractual and technical safeguards intended to protect it.

Participants may contact Human Resources for more information about these safeguards.

8. International Participants

This assessment process may include participants located in different countries through direct employment or employer-of-record relationships.

Where applicable, Blytheco will handle assessment information in accordance with applicable privacy and employment laws governing the participant's location.
